Poly 410 – Catalytic Alkylation Service

A synthetic lubricant for hydrocarbon service. Formulated with polymeric lubricant bases to enhance high and low temperature performance, and hydrocarbon resistance along with resistance to strong acids and bases.

Service Recommendations

Desco Polymel 410 is an improved formulation for hydrocarbon resistance. Performance is improved in the fringe temperature applications (+20°F to -20°C) and (-300°F to +450°F). Polymel 410 is the standard lubricant for use in alkylation processes using hydrofluoric acid. Also recommended for use with the following: Acids, alkalis, aliphatic hydrocarbons, butane gasoline, hydrofluoric acid, jet fuel, kerosene, natural gas and propane.
